The bus stop, city center and ski-schools are located in immediate vicinity. Small purchases can also be done at the organic cheese shop or bakery / confectioner near our house. In winter, the ski trail is right next to the house and the slopes can be found right outside the front door! In summer, the snowy landscape turns into a hiking and mountain biking trail which can be entered right by the house.
...by car: Most of the arrival routes meet in Ulm. At the motorway junction Allgäu take the exit in the direction of Lindau / Kempten. From there follow the traffic signs to Sonthofen in the direction of Oberstdorf and continue into the Kleinwalsertal. Arrived in Kleinwalsertal you first drive through Riezlern and then after another 3.5 kilometers to Hirschegg. In Hirschegg continue until there is a sharp right turn into "Sonnenbühl". You drive up the mountain and find the house Elferblick then at the top (last house on the mountain, house no. 39). In winter, all-wheel or snow chains are an advantage. Otherwise we can pick you up in the valley and bring your luggage to the house. Your car will park free of charge in designated parking spaces at the foot of the mountain.
... by train: Your destination station is Oberstdorf im Allgäu. There are direct connections e.g. From Hamburg, Munich, Augsburg, Berlin, Dresden, Hof, Regensburg and Chemnitz. Taxis are waiting around the clock at the station and bring you comfortably into Kleinwalsertal. The bus runs every 15 minutes in high season. The drive to Kleinwalsertal takes about 20 minutes.
